Every client you refer who pays for a Clerke service — formation, tax prep, invoicing — generates 25% commission for you on that revenue. Commissions are tracked in your dashboard, reviewed monthly, and paid out directly. No cap.
Yes. You can upgrade at any time. If you joined as a Founding Partner at the Referral tier and upgrade within the founding window, you lock in Founding-tier pricing on your new plan.
Dedicated onboarding assistance, custom domain configuration (DNS CNAME setup), brand configuration (colors, logo, fonts, hide-Clerke flag), and priority implementation support. The setup fee is one-time. Monthly billing starts after setup is complete.
No. The monthly fee offsets the commission model entirely. You pay flat-rate for access to the infrastructure — the commission split doesn't apply to paid tiers.
Partners who join during our launch window get lifetime locked pricing — their current rate never increases regardless of future price hikes. They also receive early access to features before general release, a Founding Partner recognition badge, and first-mover opportunities as we expand the ecosystem.
